The final day of February was a cause for celebration for me. It means the close of the shortest month of the challenge. Given the weight-loss in February, I am on-track to exceed the weight-loss goal well before Nov. 15. Of course the trick is not in just reaching the goal, but keeping it off if I hit the goal early.
