I have go to get better at posting this on Mondays like promised. Particularly when the result was a good one. If I continue to do well, then next weigh-in will have me sitting in the 300s again.

Good work again. This is difficult, I know. Keep plowing on and find out about the gym but keep on walking. Remember when I was walking 2 miles before breakfast, 1 mile at lunch and 2 miles in the evening. It was rough on the legs but possibly saved my life! (or was that after you moved to O’Town?
