It’s hard to believe that two months have passed since starting this challenge. It has been great seeing the progress and finding that clothes are fitting better. That said, I knew going in I would have weeks like this last one. I spent the weekend at a conference. While I still watched the amount I ate, I still indulged slightly. The end result is that I maintained from the previous week, and did not make forward progress.

Week to be expected. Eat, live, and make merry does not work when on a diet BUT if you stick to it day in and day out you will fail. Indulgence once in a while is not only acceptable it is necessary.
Agreed — don’t get me wrong — I am not upset at staying the same. I am actually happy that it maintained, which isproof that I can have indulgence days without killing the overall good.
